One Poem | Watershed Review

Since completing my MFA, I haven’t focused so hard on publishing my poetry this year. However, I was able to get one of my absolute favorite poems published in California State University’s literary magazine, Watershed Review.

Please give my poem “Mother of Wolves” a read, as well as peruse the other talented writers in this issue.

“Mother of Wolves” for me comes from a place of fear—a fear of giving birth, both formally as per expectations of biological women and in regards to creative children.
